1. Veri sorumlusunun kimliği
Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla OptiWisdom LLC tarafından işlenmektedir.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
Hizmetimizi kullanırken aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenmektedir.
2.1 Hesap verileri
Ad, e-posta adresi, parolanızın şifreli özeti, dil tercihiniz. LinkedIn ile giriş yapmayı seçerseniz LinkedIn'den ad, e-posta adresi ve profil fotoğrafı alınır. LinkedIn ile giriş isteğe bağlıdır.
2.2 İsteğe bağlı profil verileri
Kariyer hedefiniz, deneyim yılınız, yetkinlikleriniz, sosyal medya bağlantılarınız, ülkeniz, doğum yılınız. Bu alanların hiçbiri zorunlu değildir; boş bırakabilirsiniz.
2.3 Yüklenen özgeçmiş metni
Özgeçmiş yüklemek isteğe bağlıdır. Yüklerseniz belgenin metni işlenir ve çözümlenir.
2.4 Test yanıtları ve sonuçları
IPIP-NEO-60 kişilik envanteri, Enneagram, on altı tip ve tanı testi yanıtlarınız ile bu testlerin sonuçları. Testlerin hiçbiri zorunlu değildir; hepsi isteğe bağlıdır.
Bu sonuçlar yalnızca size görünür. Üçüncü kişilere satılmaz, işverenlere veya işe alım firmalarına aktarılmaz, reklam amaçlı kullanılmaz.
2.5 Kariyer günlüğü ve yolculuk ilerlemesi
Kariyer günlüğü girdileriniz, takvim ve zaman çizelgesi kayıtlarınız, yolculuk adımlarındaki ilerlemeniz.
2.6 Ödeme ve yetki kayıtları
Abonelik ve yetki kayıtları, kupon kullanımı, fatura kayıtları, ödeme sağlayıcısının verdiği müşteri kimliği.
Kredi kartı numaranız, son kullanma tarihiniz ve güvenlik kodunuz tarafımızca işlenmez ve saklanmaz. Bu veriler doğrudan ödeme kuruluşu Stripe tarafından alınır.
2.7 Güvenlik günlükleri
IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, giriş ve çıkış kayıtları, hata ve güvenlik günlükleri, zorunlu çerez kayıtları.
2.8 İşlenmeyen veriler
Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, din, siyasi görüş, sendika üyeliği, biyometrik ve genetik veri) talep edilmez ve bilerek işlenmez. Yüz, ses veya metinden duygu tanıma yapılmaz. Konum verisi toplanmaz. Analitik aracı, reklam ağı ve piksel kullanılmaz.
Yapay zeka eğitmeniyle sohbet modülü henüz yayında değildir; bu nedenle sohbet kaydı işlenmemektedir.
3. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amaçları
Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:
- Üyelik kaydınızın oluşturulması ve hesabınızın yönetilmesi,
- Kariyer rehberliği hizmetinin sunulması ve yolculuk adımlarınızdaki ilerlemenin takip edilmesi,
- Talep etmeniz hâlinde kişilik ve tanı testlerinizin işlenmesi ve sonuçlarınızın yorumlanması,
- Talep etmeniz hâlinde yüklediğiniz özgeçmiş metninin ve iş ilanı metninin çözümlenmesi,
- Kariyer günlüğü, takvim ve hedef kayıtlarınızın saklanması ve size gösterilmesi,
- Abonelik, kupon, ödeme ve faturalandırma süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
- İşlem e-postalarının (e-posta doğrulama, parola sıfırlama) gönderilmesi,
- Talep, şikâyet ve destek başvurularınızın karşılanması,
- Bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması, hile ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi,
- Yürürlükteki mevzuattan doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve yetkili kurum taleplerinin karşılanması.
4. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin hukuki sebebi
Verileriniz KVKK'nın 5. maddesinde sayılan aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanarak işlenmektedir.

Açık rızaya dayanan işlemler için verdiğiniz rızayı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Geri alma, o ana kadar hukuka uygun olarak yapılmış işlemleri etkilemez.
5. Kişisel verilerin aktarılması
5.1 Yurt içinde aktarım
Kişisel verileriniz, yasal olarak zorunlu olduğumuz hâllerde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına aktarılabilir. Bunun dışında yurt içinde üçüncü kişilere aktarım yapılmamaktadır.
5.2 Yurt dışına aktarım
OptiWisdom LLC Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde (Teksas) yerleşiktir.
Platformun sunucusu ve veritabanı Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde — Boston'da — bulunmaktadır. Hesabınıza ilişkin tüm veriler bu sunucuda tutulur. Verileriniz Avrupa'da barındırılmamaktadır.
Hizmetin teknik olarak çalışabilmesi için verileriniz aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılmaktadır.

Aktarımlar KVKK'nın 9. maddesi ve 2024 yılında yapılan değişiklikler çerçevesinde; yeterlilik kararı, uygun güvenceler (standart sözleşme, taahhütname veya bağlayıcı şirket kuralları) ya da açık rızanız esas alınarak gerçekleştirilir. Her bir alıcı için hangi mekanizmaya dayanıldığı hukuki değerlendirme aşamasındadır.
6. Kişisel verilerin toplanma yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz tamamen otomatik yollarla, elektronik ortamda ve aşağıdaki kanallarla toplanmaktadır:
- Üyelik ve hesap oluşturma formları ile LinkedIn ile giriş akışı,
- İsteğe bağlı profil alanları,
- Özgeçmiş yükleme alanı,
- Kişilik ve tanı testi soru formları,
- Kariyer günlüğü, takvim ve hedef giriş alanları,
- Ödeme akışı sırasında ödeme kuruluşundan dönen işlem bilgileri,
- Sunucu kayıtları ve zorunlu çerezler,
- E-posta yoluyla ilettiğiniz destek ve talep mesajları.
7. Kişisel verilerin saklanma süresi
Kişisel verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı süreleri dikkate alınarak saklanır. Süre dolduğunda veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

8. Yapay zeka ile etkileşim
Platformda yapay zeka, yüklediğiniz özgeçmiş metnini ve iş ilanı metnini çözümlemek için kullanılır. Bu çözümleme isteğe bağlıdır; siz istemeden çalışmaz. Yapay zeka eğitmeniyle sohbet modülü henüz yayında değildir.
Çözümleme bir yapay zeka sistemi tarafından yapılır, insan tarafından değil. Bu bildirim, Avrupa Birliği Yapay Zeka Yasası'nın (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) 50. maddesi kapsamındaki şeffaflık yükümlülüğü gereğidir.
- Yapay zekanın verdiği bilgiler hatalı olabilir.
- Verilen bilgiler kariyer, hukuk, sağlık veya finans alanında profesyonel danışmanlık yerine geçmez.
- Platformda duygu tanıma yapılmaz. AB Yapay Zeka Yasası md. 5(1)(f) eğitim ortamlarında duygu tanımayı yasaklamaktadır.
9. İlgili kişinin hakları
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, veri sorumlusuna başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
a) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
b) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
c) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
ç) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
d) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
e) KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
f) (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
g) İşlenen verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
ğ) Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
9.1 Başvuru yolu
Taleplerinizi:
- Platform içinden: Profil sayfasındaki "Verilerimi sil" düğmesi; profilinizi, test sonuçlarınızı, kariyer günlüğünüzü, takvim kayıtlarınızı, yolculuk ilerlemenizi ve özgeçmiş çözümlemelerinizi sunucudan siler.
- Hesabınızın tamamen kapatılması için: Platformda self-servis hesap silme bulunmamaktadır. Hesabınızın kapatılmasını ve verilerinizin dışa aktarılmasını info@optiwisdom.com adresine yazarak talep edebilirsiniz; talebiniz 30 gün içinde uygulanır.
- E-posta ile: Diğer taleplerinizi, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@optiwisdom.com adresine, konu satırına "Kişisel Veri Talebi" yazarak iletebilirsiniz.
Başvurunuzda adınız, soyadınız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz, talebinizin konusu ve varsa destekleyici belgeler yer almalıdır. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.
Talebiniz, niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. İşlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul'ca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.
9.2 Şikâyet hakkı
Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulmanız veya 30 gün içinde cevap verilmemesi hâlinde; cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz (KVKK md. 14).

10. Değişiklikler
Bu aydınlatma metni güncellenebilir. Güncelleme hâlinde sayfanın üst kısmındaki yürürlük tarihi ve sürüm numarası değiştirilir. Kapsamı genişleten önemli değişiklikler kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bildirilir.

1. Identity of the data controller
Your personal data is processed by OptiWisdom LLC in its capacity as data controller.

2. Personal data processed
The following personal data of yours is processed when you use our service.
2.1 Account data
Name, e-mail address, the hashed digest of your password, your language preference. If you choose to sign in with LinkedIn, your name, e-mail address and profile photo are received from LinkedIn. Signing in with LinkedIn is optional.
2.2 Optional profile data
Your career goal, years of experience, skills, social media links, country, year of birth. None of these fields is mandatory; you may leave them blank.
2.3 Uploaded résumé text
Uploading a résumé is optional. If you upload one, the text of the document is processed and analysed.
2.4 Test answers and results
Your answers to the IPIP-NEO-60 personality inventory, the Enneagram, the sixteen-type test and the diagnostic test, together with the results of those tests. None of the tests is mandatory; all of them are optional.
These results are visible only to you. They are not sold to third parties, not transferred to employers or recruitment firms, and not used for advertising purposes.
2.5 Career journal and journey progress
Your career journal entries, your calendar and timeline records, and your progress through the journey steps.
2.6 Payment and entitlement records
Subscription and entitlement records, coupon use, invoice records, the customer identifier issued by the payment provider.
Your credit card number, expiry date and security code are not processed or stored by us. This data is collected directly by the payment institution Stripe.
2.7 Security logs
IP address, browser and device information, login and logout records, error and security logs, records of strictly necessary cookies.
2.8 Data that is not processed
Special categories of personal data (health, religion, political opinion, trade union membership, biometric and genetic data) are not requested and are not knowingly processed. No emotion recognition is performed from face, voice or text. Location data is not collected. No analytics tool, advertising network or pixel is used.
The chat module with the AI tutor is not live yet; for this reason no chat records are processed.
3. Purposes of processing personal data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating your membership registration and managing your account,
- Providing the career guidance service and tracking your progress through the journey steps,
- Processing your personality and diagnostic tests and interpreting your results, should you request it,
- Analysing the résumé text and job-posting text you submit, should you request it,
- Storing your career journal, calendar and goal records and displaying them to you,
- Carrying out subscription, coupon, payment and invoicing processes,
- Sending transactional e-mails (e-mail verification, password reset),
- Responding to your requests, complaints and support applications,
- Ensuring information security and preventing fraud and abuse,
- Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Your data is processed on the basis of the following legal bases listed in Article 5 of the KVKK.

For processing based on explicit consent, you may withdraw the consent you have given at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out up to that point.
5. Transfer of personal data
5.1 Transfers within Türkiye
Your personal data may be transferred to competent public institutions and organisations where we are legally obliged to do so. Apart from this, no transfers are made to third parties within Türkiye.
5.2 Transfers abroad
OptiWisdom LLC is established in the United States of America (Texas).
The platform's server and database are located in the United States — in Boston. All data relating to your account is held on that server. Your data is not hosted in Europe.
In order for the service to function technically, your data is transferred to the following service providers.

Transfers are carried out within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK and the amendments made in 2024, on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards (standard contract, undertaking or binding corporate rules) or your explicit consent. Which mechanism is relied upon for each recipient is at the stage of legal assessment.
6. Method of collecting personal data
Your personal data is collected entirely by automated means, in electronic form and through the following channels:
- Membership and account creation forms and the LinkedIn sign-in flow,
- Optional profile fields,
- The résumé upload field,
- Personality and diagnostic test questionnaires,
- Career journal, calendar and goal entry fields,
- Transaction information returned by the payment institution during the payment flow,
- Server logs and strictly necessary cookies,
- Support and request messages you send by e-mail.
7. Retention period for personal data
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and taking into account the statutes of limitation set out in the relevant legislation. When the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Interaction with artificial intelligence
On the platform, artificial intelligence is used to analyse the résumé text and job-posting text you upload. This analysis is optional; it does not run unless you ask for it. The chat module with the AI tutor is not live yet.
The analysis is performed by an artificial intelligence system, not by a human. This notice is given pursuant to the transparency obligation under Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
- The information provided by the artificial intelligence may be inaccurate.
- The information provided does not substitute for professional advice in the fields of career, law, health or finance.
- No emotion recognition is performed on the platform. Article 5(1)(f) of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act prohibits emotion recognition in educational settings.
9. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:
a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within Türkiye or abroad,
d) To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) To request that the operations carried out under subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
ğ) To demand compensation for damage if you suffer harm because your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
9.1 How to apply
You may submit your requests:
- From within the platform: The "Delete my data" button on your profile page deletes your profile, your test results, your career journal, your calendar records, your journey progress and your résumé analyses from the server.
- To close your account completely: There is no self-service account deletion on the platform. You may request the closure of your account and the export of your data by writing to info@optiwisdom.com; your request is carried out within 30 days.
- By e-mail: For your other requests, write from the e-mail address registered to your account to info@optiwisdom.com, with "Personal Data Request" in the subject line.
Your application must include your name, surname, the e-mail address registered to your account, the subject of your request and any supporting documents. We may ask for additional information in order to verify your identity.
Depending on its nature, your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVK Kurulu) may be charged.
9.2 Right to complain
If your application is rejected, if you find the response given insufficient, or if no response is given within 30 days, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVK Kurulu) within 30 days from the date you learn of the response and in any event within 60 days from the date of application (KVKK Art. 14).

10. Changes
This information notice may be updated. In the event of an update, the effective date and version number at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes that broaden its scope will be notified to your registered e-mail address.
