2. İşlenen kişisel veriler
Hizmetimizi kullanırken aşağıdaki kişisel verileriniz işlenmektedir.
2.1 Kimlik ve iletişim verileri
Ad, görünen ad, e-posta adresi.
2.2 Müşteri işlem verileri
Abonelik planı, abonelik başlangıç ve yenileme tarihleri, fatura kayıtları, ödeme sağlayıcısının verdiği müşteri kimliği.
Kredi kartı numaranız, son kullanma tarihiniz ve güvenlik kodunuz tarafımızca işlenmez ve saklanmaz. Bu veriler doğrudan ödeme kuruluşu Stripe tarafından alınır.
2.3 Eğitim ve ilerleme verileri
Tamamlanan dersler, alıştırma cevapları, ilerleme yüzdeleri, tekrar aralıkları, çalışma süreleri, puan ve seri bilgileri.
2.4 Yapay zeka eğitmeni ile yapılan yazışmalar
Platform içindeki yapay zeka eğitmenine yazdığınız mesajlar ve alınan yanıtlar.
2.5 Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikler
Günlük (jurnal) kayıtları, takvim ve çalışma planı kayıtları, kariyer hedefleri, yüklenen özgeçmiş (CV) belgeleri.
2.6 Değerlendirme ve envanter sonuçları
Platformda kullanılan O*NET İlgi Profili (ABD Çalışma Bakanlığı, CC BY 4.0) ve IPIP-NEO (kamu malı kişilik envanteri) sonuçlarınız.
Bu sonuçlar yalnızca size görünür. Üçüncü kişilere satılmaz, işverenlere veya işe alım firmalarına aktarılmaz, reklam amaçlı kullanılmaz.
2.7 İşlem güvenliği verileri
IP adresi, tarayıcı ve cihaz bilgisi, giriş ve çıkış kayıtları, hata ve güvenlik günlükleri, çerez kayıtları.
2.8 İşlenmeyen veriler
Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, din, siyasi görüş, sendika üyeliği, biyometrik ve genetik veri) talep edilmez ve bilerek işlenmez. Yüz, ses veya metinden duygu tanıma yapılmaz. Konum verisi toplanmaz.
3. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amaçları
Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:
- Üyelik kaydınızın oluşturulması ve hesabınızın yönetilmesi,
- Eğitim hizmetinin sunulması, derslerin ve ilerlemenizin takip edilmesi,
- Yapay zeka eğitmeni ile yürüttüğünüz dersin sürekliliğinin sağlanması,
- Size uygun ders, tekrar ve kaynak önerilerinin oluşturulması,
- Talep etmeniz hâlinde kariyer koçluğu modülünün çalıştırılması ve envanter sonuçlarınızın yorumlanması,
- Abonelik, ödeme ve faturalandırma süreçlerinin yürütülmesi,
- Talep, şikâyet ve destek başvurularınızın karşılanması,
- Bilgi güvenliğinin sağlanması, hile ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi,
- Hizmetin geliştirilmesi amacıyla toplu ve kimliksizleştirilmiş istatistiklerin üretilmesi,
- Açık rızanız varsa tanıtım ve bilgilendirme iletilerinin gönderilmesi,
- Yürürlükteki mevzuattan doğan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve yetkili kurum taleplerinin karşılanması.
4. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin hukuki sebebi
Verileriniz KVKK'nın 5. maddesinde sayılan aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanarak işlenmektedir.

Açık rızaya dayanan işlemler için verdiğiniz rızayı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Geri alma, o ana kadar hukuka uygun olarak yapılmış işlemleri etkilemez.
5. Kişisel verilerin aktarılması
5.1 Yurt içinde aktarım
Kişisel verileriniz, yasal olarak zorunlu olduğumuz hâllerde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına aktarılabilir. Bunun dışında yurt içinde üçüncü kişilere aktarım yapılmamaktadır.
5.2 Yurt dışına aktarım
OptiWisdom LLC Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yerleşiktir. Hizmetin teknik olarak çalışabilmesi için verileriniz aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılmaktadır.

Aktarımlar KVKK'nın 9. maddesi ve 2024 yılında yapılan değişiklikler çerçevesinde; yeterlilik kararı, uygun güvenceler (standart sözleşme, taahhütname veya bağlayıcı şirket kuralları) ya da açık rızanız esas alınarak gerçekleştirilir.
6. Kişisel verilerin toplanma yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz tamamen otomatik yollarla, elektronik ortamda ve aşağıdaki kanallarla toplanmaktadır:
- Üyelik ve hesap oluşturma formları,
- Platform içindeki ders, alıştırma ve sohbet ekranları,
- Günlük, takvim ve kariyer hedefi giriş alanları,
- Özgeçmiş yükleme alanı,
- İlgi ve kişilik envanteri soru formları,
- Ödeme akışı sırasında ödeme kuruluşundan dönen işlem bilgileri,
- Sunucu kayıtları, çerezler ve benzeri izleme teknolojileri,
- E-posta yoluyla ilettiğiniz destek ve talep mesajları.
7. Kişisel verilerin saklanma süresi
Kişisel verileriniz, işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen zamanaşımı süreleri dikkate alınarak saklanır. Süre dolduğunda veriler silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

8. Yapay zeka ile etkileşim
Platformdaki eğitmen bir yapay zeka sistemidir, insan değildir. Yazışmalarınız bir büyük dil modeli tarafından yanıtlanır.
Bu bildirim, Avrupa Birliği Yapay Zeka Yasası'nın (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) 50. maddesi kapsamındaki şeffaflık yükümlülüğü gereğidir.
- Yapay zekanın verdiği bilgiler hatalı olabilir.
- Verilen bilgiler kariyer, hukuk, sağlık veya finans alanında profesyonel danışmanlık yerine geçmez.
- Platformda duygu tanıma yapılmaz. AB Yapay Zeka Yasası md. 5(1)(f) eğitim ortamlarında duygu tanımayı yasaklamaktadır.
9. İlgili kişinin hakları
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca, veri sorumlusuna başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
a) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
b) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
c) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
ç) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
d) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
e) KVKK'nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
f) (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
g) İşlenen verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
ğ) Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
9.1 Başvuru yolu
Taleplerinizi:
- Platform içinden: Profil sayfasındaki "Verilerimi sil" düğmesi; profilinizi, test sonuçlarınızı, günlüğünüzü, takviminizi ve özgeçmiş çözümlemelerini sunucudan siler. Verilerin dışa aktarımı ve hesabın tamamen kapatılması şu an talep üzerine yapılmaktadır; aşağıdaki adresten yazın.
- E-posta ile: Hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@optiwisdom.com adresine, konu satırına "Kişisel Veri Talebi" yazarak iletebilirsiniz.
Başvurunuzda adınız, soyadınız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz, talebinizin konusu ve varsa destekleyici belgeler yer almalıdır. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.
Talebiniz, niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. İşlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul'ca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.
9.2 Şikâyet hakkı
Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulmanız veya 30 gün içinde cevap verilmemesi hâlinde; cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz (KVKK md. 14).

10. Değişiklikler
Bu aydınlatma metni güncellenebilir. Güncelleme hâlinde sayfanın üst kısmındaki yürürlük tarihi ve sürüm numarası değiştirilir. Kapsamı genişleten önemli değişiklikler kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bildirilir.

2. Personal data processed
The following personal data of yours is processed when you use our service.
2.1 Identity and contact data
Name, display name, e-mail address.
2.2 Customer transaction data
Subscription plan, subscription start and renewal dates, invoice records, the customer identifier issued by the payment provider.
Your credit card number, expiry date and security code are not processed or stored by us. This data is collected directly by the payment institution Stripe.
2.3 Education and progress data
Completed lessons, exercise answers, progress percentages, review intervals, study durations, score and streak information.
2.4 Correspondence with the AI tutor
The messages you write to the AI tutor within the platform and the responses received.
2.5 User-generated content
Journal entries, calendar and study plan records, career goals, uploaded curriculum vitae (CV) documents.
2.6 Assessment and inventory results
Your results from the O*NET Interest Profiler (U.S. Department of Labor, CC BY 4.0) and IPIP-NEO (public domain personality inventory) used on the platform.
These results are visible only to you. They are not sold to third parties, not transferred to employers or recruitment firms, and not used for advertising purposes.
2.7 Transaction security data
IP address, browser and device information, login and logout records, error and security logs, cookie records.
2.8 Data that is not processed
Special categories of personal data (health, religion, political opinion, trade union membership, biometric and genetic data) are not requested and are not knowingly processed. No emotion recognition is performed from face, voice or text. Location data is not collected.
3. Purposes of processing personal data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating your membership registration and managing your account,
- Providing the education service and tracking lessons and your progress,
- Ensuring the continuity of the lesson you conduct with the AI tutor,
- Generating lesson, review and resource recommendations suitable for you,
- Operating the career coaching module and interpreting your inventory results, should you request it,
- Carrying out subscription, payment and invoicing processes,
- Responding to your requests, complaints and support applications,
- Ensuring information security and preventing fraud and abuse,
- Producing aggregated and de-identified statistics for the purpose of improving the service,
- Sending promotional and informational messages if you have given explicit consent,
- Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Your data is processed on the basis of the following legal bases listed in Article 5 of the KVKK.

For processing based on explicit consent, you may withdraw the consent you have given at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out up to that point.
5. Transfer of personal data
5.1 Transfers within Türkiye
Your personal data may be transferred to competent public institutions and organisations where we are legally obliged to do so. Apart from this, no transfers are made to third parties within Türkiye.
5.2 Transfers abroad
OptiWisdom LLC is established in the United States of America. In order for the service to function technically, your data is transferred to the following service providers.

Transfers are carried out within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK and the amendments made in 2024, on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards (standard contract, undertaking or binding corporate rules) or your explicit consent.
6. Method of collecting personal data
Your personal data is collected entirely by automated means, in electronic form and through the following channels:
- Membership and account creation forms,
- Lesson, exercise and chat screens within the platform,
- Journal, calendar and career goal entry fields,
- The curriculum vitae upload field,
- Interest and personality inventory questionnaires,
- Transaction information returned by the payment institution during the payment flow,
- Server logs, cookies and similar tracking technologies,
- Support and request messages you send by e-mail.
7. Retention period for personal data
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and taking into account the statutes of limitation set out in the relevant legislation. When the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Interaction with artificial intelligence
The tutor on the platform is an artificial intelligence system, not a human. Your correspondence is answered by a large language model.
This notice is given pursuant to the transparency obligation under Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
- The information provided by the artificial intelligence may be inaccurate.
- The information provided does not substitute for professional advice in the fields of career, law, health or finance.
- No emotion recognition is performed on the platform. Article 5(1)(f) of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act prohibits emotion recognition in educational settings.
9. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:
a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within Türkiye or abroad,
d) To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) To request that the operations carried out under subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
ğ) To demand compensation for damage if you suffer harm because your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
9.1 How to apply
You may submit your requests:
- From within the platform: From the "My Data" section in your account settings you may download or delete your data, or close your account.
- By e-mail: From the e-mail address registered to your account, to info@optiwisdom.com, writing "Personal Data Request" in the subject line.
Your application must include your name, surname, the e-mail address registered to your account, the subject of your request and any supporting documents. We may ask for additional information in order to verify your identity.
Depending on its nature, your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVK Kurulu) may be charged.
9.2 Right to complain
If your application is rejected, if you find the response given insufficient, or if no response is given within 30 days, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVK Kurulu) within 30 days from the date you learn of the response and in any event within 60 days from the date of application (KVKK Art. 14).

10. Changes
