1. Çerez nedir
Çerez (cookie), bir siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde tarayıcınıza kaydedilen küçük bir metin dosyasıdır. Site sizi tekrar ziyaret ettiğinizde bu dosyayı okur.
Çerezlerin yanı sıra benzer teknolojiler de kullanılabilir: tarayıcı yerel depolaması (localStorage), oturum depolaması (sessionStorage) ve piksel etiketleri. Bu politikada hepsine kısaca "çerez" diyoruz.
2. Çerezleri neden kullanıyoruz
Üç nedenle:
- Oturumunuzu açık tutmak — giriş yaptıktan sonra her sayfada tekrar şifre sormamak için.
- Tercihlerinizi hatırlamak — dil seçimi, tema, arayüz ayarları.
- Neyin işe yaradığını anlamak — hangi derslerin tamamlandığını, nerede takılındığını toplu olarak görmek.
Reklam çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Sizi başka sitelerde takip eden reklam ağlarına veri göndermiyoruz.
3. Çerez kategorileri
3.1 Zorunlu çerezler
Site olmadan çalışamaz. Bu çerezler için onay istemiyoruz, çünkü sizin talep ettiğiniz hizmetin sunulması için teknik olarak zorunludurlar.

Analitik verilerini toplu (agregat) olarak kullanırız. Amacımız tek tek kullanıcıları izlemek değil, hangi dersin işe yaramadığını görmektir.
3.4 Reklam ve pazarlama çerezleri
Kullanmıyoruz. İleride kullanılırsa bu politika güncellenir ve ayrıca onayınız istenir.
4. Üçüncü taraf çerezleri
Bazı çerezler doğrudan bizim değil, kullandığımız hizmetlerin çerezleridir.

5. Çerezleri nasıl kontrol edersiniz
5.1 Site içinden
Siteye ilk girdiğinizde bir çerez tercih penceresi görürsünüz. Burada:
- Yalnızca zorunlu çerezleri kabul edebilir,
- İşlevsel ve analitik çerezleri ayrı ayrı açıp kapatabilirsiniz.
Tercihinizi daha sonra değiştirmek için sayfa altındaki "Çerez tercihleri" bağlantısını kullanın. Verdiğiniz onayı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz ve geri almak, onay vermek kadar kolaydır.
5.2 Tarayıcınızdan
Tarayıcı ayarlarından tüm çerezleri silebilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz:
- Chrome: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve güvenlik → Üçüncü taraf çerezler
- Safari: Ayarlar → Gizlilik
- Firefox: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik
- Edge: Ayarlar → Çerezler ve site izinleri
Dikkat: Zorunlu çerezleri engellerseniz giriş yapamaz, dersleri takip edemezsiniz. Site beklendiği gibi çalışmaz.
6. Hukuki dayanak
- Zorunlu çerezler: Sizin açıkça talep ettiğiniz hizmetin sunulması için gereklidir. Onay aranmaz (KVKK md. 5/2-c ve md. 5/2-f; GDPR md. 6/1-b ve 6/1-f).
- İşlevsel ve analitik çerezler: Açık rızanıza dayanır (KVKK md. 5/1; GDPR md. 6/1-a ve ePrivacy Direktifi md. 5/3).

7. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yeni bir çerez kategorisi eklersek veya yeni bir üçüncü taraf hizmeti kullanmaya başlarsak:
- Sayfanın üstündeki yürürlük tarihi ve sürüm numarası değişir,
- Çerez tercih pencereniz yeniden gösterilir ve onayınız yeniden istenir.

1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a site. The site reads this file when you visit it again.
In addition to cookies, similar technologies may also be used: browser local storage (localStorage), session storage (sessionStorage) and pixel tags. In this policy we refer to all of them briefly as "cookies".
2. Why we use cookies
For three reasons:
- To keep your session open — so that you are not asked for your password again on every page after you log in.
- To remember your preferences — language selection, theme, interface settings.
- To understand what works — to see in aggregate which lessons are completed and where people get stuck.
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not send data to advertising networks that track you across other sites.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
The site cannot work without them. We do not ask for consent for these cookies, because they are technically required in order to provide the service you have requested.

3.2 Functional cookies
They make the site convenient to use, but the site works without them as well. They are subject to your consent.

3.3 Analytics cookies
They allow us to understand in aggregate how the site is used. They are subject to your consent.

We use analytics data in aggregate form. Our aim is not to track individual users but to see which lesson is not working.
3.4 Advertising and marketing cookies
We do not use them. If they are used in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will additionally be requested.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are not ours directly but belong to the services we use.

5. How you can control cookies
5.1 From within the site
The first time you enter the site you will see a cookie preference window. There you can:
- Accept only the strictly necessary cookies,
- Turn functional and analytics cookies on and off separately.
To change your preference later, use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page. You may withdraw the consent you have given at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.
5.2 From your browser
You can delete or block all cookies from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Warning: If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in or follow the lessons. The site will not work as expected.
6. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies: They are required in order to provide the service you have expressly requested. No consent is sought (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-b and 6/1-f).
- Functional and analytics cookies: They are based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6/1-a and ePrivacy Directive Art. 5/3).

7. Changes
We may update this policy. If we add a new cookie category or start using a new third-party service:
- The effective date and version number at the top of the page will change,
- Your cookie preference window will be shown again and your consent will be requested again.
